Deck Description

I used to run a Boros deck with lots of high drops with angels and other powerful creatures but I finally grew out of being a beginner to this game. I was tired of having no mana and began building a mana ramp deck so I could play anything I owned. This became my original aggro naya deck all my cards were 1-4 drops with Aurelia, skynights, and viashino firstblades. With a good hand I would pull off a turn three win, but more often than not I would fall short and not have anything to overcome my opponents when they started to play creatures. I then got on card kingdom and looked for cheap but ridiculous cards and put together a deck that can only be overcome by field wipes like worldfire and extreme speed/control decks. And of course, like any deck, it can simply lose by not having good enough draws/ opening hand, ergo cards like rites of flourishing. This deck is expensive now but from what I spent to get all of the cards is probably only $50 bucks, Emrakul was promo near it price drop and Avacyn was $8 when it went out of standard. Most of the other expensive cards I got from those who trade for use, not value, and some I don't even own yet (Ral Zarek, Platinum Angel/Emperion, Sigarda, and Melira). So here is my invincible card combo, throw in mana ramp to get a turn four Avacyn/Emrakul, and some cards to throw the power over the top, wall your enemies, and get a s*** ton of turns in a row. If you see this and didn't TL;DR, thank you.

How to Play

Get mana out fast, if you do you can have a turn four Emrakul.
Avacyn, Platinum Angel/Emperion, etc. help an invicible combo you can figure out just by reading what some of the cards do.
And the best is either the enormous amounts of turns in a row you can get with Ral Zarek or using Tibalt, Ajani, Domri, Aurelia, and Gisela, to own all creatures on the battlefield, they all deal four times the damage, two combat phases and your opponent has no land and is powerless to defend against your assault.
Hey, if you couldn't tell by how short this description was, it was like my third time typing out every combo and eventuality that could come from this deck and the sideboard and watching it not save properly, so this time I learned my lesson, made it short, and copied it so I can paste it if it happens again.

Legion's initiative with instant speed. I've tested this against removal decks and it still wins, I admit it's not yet perfect, but it works well.

Mauler what I have to say will hurt but you need to hear it. This is a Beginner's deck. Specifically, it is an expensive "TIMMY" Beginner deck.
A "Timmy" is a slang for someone in Magic who likes to play big cards.

Each and every last one of these cards are big cards, but they dont really form anything.
Yes you can ramp. But while you are ramping, your opponent is dishing out damage.

Your strategy, like every "Timmy" player's strategy revolves around this phrase: "Just wait until I get out my X..."
In your case, its "Just wait until I get out my Avacyn/Emrakul".

Do you know what I can do to you if you tried to run that against, say... My Rakdos Riotry Deck?
http://www.mtgvault.com/bootsncatsn/decks/rakdos-riotry/

I would kill you in 5 turns or less before you would be able to do anything.
I can already hear you say "But Bootsncatsn, I can counter anything you play against me if I draw X card!"
That may be true, but thats a BIG IF.
For me, that 5 turns or less win condition isnt an IF. Its a PROMISE.

Most Non-beginner decks have 2 things in common.
1. A solid Land base.
2. CONSISTENCY.

You notice I run the same 4 cards over and over again. Thats where consistency comes in. While you are waiting to draw that 1 card you need, I've probably already drawn the card I needed 7 turns ago.

I highly suggest you look up some guides on how to construct a proper functional deck.
Despite my harsh words I want you to know I'm telling you this because I want you to succeed and have fun in the game.
Maybe playing a deck like this is what you consider fun, and I apologize if I've ruined it for you.
But imagine how much fun you can have if you had a better idea of how to build decks?

Anyways, I have some example Ramp decks I think you should check out if you want a better idea on how to build a deck around Ramping.

Also here is a guide I use myself for the most basic deck-building.
