a deck i made on MTGO using planeswalker cards and worked well: here is upgraded version. It actually works. What you do is use all you're counter spells and evacuations and unsummons to screw you're opponent, and have you're haste goblins deal some small damage fast. Phantom serves the purpose of damage to opponent when your opponent has creatures and you don't have any destroy spells or unsummons. This deck does work. Earthquake is a last resort card, and you have persuasion to take your opponents super creatures you didn't counter.
