its a shame that there are not enough good rats to make a tournament quality rat deck :(
We should petition Wizards to give us more good rats.
i'm hoping since they returned to Mirrodin they will come back to Kamigawa for some stupid reason and we will see the rise of Snakes, Ninjas, Rats, Kami, and Samurai again.
Maybe... but I don't think they'll return to Kamigawa next block. It will probably be a new plane.
