Whoa, whoa, whoa! 71 cards and 21 lands!? How's that ever gonna work? I think you should cut all the cards that don't contribute to your goal enough, from what I can see your goal iss to burn the opponent down, so cut all the cards that don't do that well enough.

This is a REALLY slow burn deck unless you manage to get it in perfect order. Firstly if you don't draw enough land and a creature you're pretty much screwed unless you waste all your spells on creatures until you draw one. Secondly why not put in something like Goblin Guide , Lightning Bolt and Spark Elemental then remove any spells over 4 mana to increase the speed of your deck. And lastly I would drop it to a 60 card deck with 20 land.
