You will se the reasoning behind this when you untap your mountain for a second lightning bolt, ramp on turn 5 into 4 Lightning Bolts, and 3 Searing Blazes, and you kill your opponentt with Mountains :<)
The only part of this deck i don't like too much is the chandra nalaar. I would say replace that with Chandra Ablaze, that way if for some un-forseen reason your mana is consumed you can still chip 4 health from them with her ability. Plus that will turn a discarded lightning bolt or searing blaze into a bonus 1-3 damage. Nicely put together though, I dig it.
