Based around Qarsi High Priest. Build your army while sacrificing it with the priest, Merciless Executioner, and Collateral Damage. Draw, manifest, do other things with death triggers. Grim Haruspex is perfect for this deck because it lets you draw extra cards pretty much every turn.
SO CHEAP!!! Maybe if I have $13 lying around someday, I might just order this. I think it would be fun.

collateral damage isn't worth splashing red, also you will need some removal, maybe murderous cut or bile blight

Seems really good, cool idea, too. Kinda funny how its legal in standard and extended but not modern, vintage, or legacy.
