The green splash only for 4 Goyf is not worth it in my opinion. It just makes your mana base very inconsistent and provides little to no tempo.You cant even feed your own Goyf big enough - no planeswalker, no artifact or enchantments. At least you could have run Tarfire for tribal.I guess even Swiftspear would be better than Goyf in this deck.My suggestions:Play Swiftspear or 4 more instants over Goyf and stay Izzet.Play more burn over counterspells, delver likes being proactive rather than reactive.Electrolyze and Vapor Snag would be great additions. Btw Gitaxian Probe is not Modern legal anymore.I do see this is an old list and Fatal Push was not printed then, but still I think Goyf is a bad splash here.
