First all, why run the so many swiftspears and guides. They're good cards, but honestly, there are probably better cards for this deck that you could run, and they don't trigger delver. Also, this deck isn't modern legal, so might as well add some vintage cards.

cut 5 lands and your good. i would suggest ponder and splashing white for stoneforge mystic and adding batterskull or sword of fire and ice. just my opinion
