this is a self mill borbor deck, 3 ways to get him out early...mill him in and unburial him, mutavault+beasttracker+descendants path, or hardcast fast. the moent you get him on the field try to either flash back or play increasing confusions and mulch chuck as many land to the bin as possible flash back or cast from the hand creeping renn..."pew pew pew".
ok, you start by amassing the elf army, mulch to grab the lands you need. ghost quarter your land to grab the one ofs plains and island, also youre binning the ghostquarter for the rennasaince/borbor combo. once you have a bit of an elf army and borbor on the field tap to float everyththing play the bellringer, tap some more, pla another ringer if you have one. increasing yourself for as much as possible(try playing one without milling yourself early the flashback doubles it) then creeping renn all the land..discard them to borbor go "pew pew". you have a couple ways to bin borbor so you can unburial him, or mutavault+descedants' path+ plus mwonvuli...make sure to activate the mugtavault and turn him into a creature at the beginning of your upkeep. i know the mana is a little twerky looking, but ive play tested it. trying to keep it budget as much as possible...dual lands would make the deck super smooth, ive played it with 4 each temple, sunpetal,breeding pool, hinterland, and 2 forest...its incredibly fast that way, but with a little practice the above mana is more than fine.
