The idea is to slow the opponent down and bleed them dry, orzhov style. I feel that an extra number of cards is necessary due to the nature of orzhov and extort. You need a good chunk of spells to use extort, and you need a lot of slowing power as well. A good chunk of life gain to keep you rolling as well. Advice and tips VERY welcome!
Try to get exquisite blood out as well as Rhox. Extort then deals 1 damage, and you gain 4 life. I also suggest trying to hold them off with cards like Ghostly Prison and Curse of Exhaustion until you can get a combo out. (i.e. Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Blood or Exquisite Blood and Vizkopa's ability). All of the other cards basically aid in the goal of gaining some life to last long enough to bleed them dry.
