And yes you are right every deck dies to a single spell but i would consider maybe running a Wrap in Vigor just because every EDH with black or white runs at least one board wipe.

I think you need some bigger creatures like Pellaka wurm or just put in ring of Valkas and ring of kalonia also creatures like Rubbelhuld, Rumbling Slum or Killer instinct.

Hm i would like to build a Balefire Dragon EDH or just use it in a budget deck and i would like to see a mono-black control that uses Nihilith as a win con.
