You play the strongest tribe in the game that is super old and super big, you can do anything, fly, kill, charge, reach, kill, super kill, double killl, insta kill, profit, grow in 5 different ways, protect, but in general you just win.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!

But what to cut. . .Some of the removal and add the sliver that destroys arifacts or enchantments when he enters...... maybe?
Blur -2, striking -1, hivelord -1. Two of each of those will give some wiggle room if they kill one off. Any other ideas would push the deck way out of budget range.
