I love the cipher mechanic and i saw Call of the Nightwing soooooo. . .This deck is really sneaky and annoying, it tries to survive in the early game and win with Undercity Plague and daily swings!BEST CARDS:Call of the Nightwing: it's got mouse mutated with worm insect legs and bat wings! and it creates an army or a LOT of chump blockers.Invisible Stalker: 3 words: he has hexproof.Undercity Plague: main win con.
Survive with spells like Agony Warp and Hands of Binding, cipher your spells onto Invisible Stalker and Inkfathom Infiltrator and win with Undercity Plague, daily sings with your guys and Call of the Nightwing.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make theese decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-3(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can), if you have better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
