A fun punishing tribute deck that tries to lock your opponents down and kill them slowly and painfully or quickly and really, really hard.Shit worth of talking about:Mogis, God of Slaughter: slow clock that will have your opponents act quickly to avoid death. In the late game it also acts as a repeatable removal spell that will keep that from dying but also from blocking.Flame-Wreathed Phoenix, Shrike Harpy, Thunder Brute: all offer 2 bad choices that will make your opponents think and you facepalm. Unless they are running 20 direct not damage based removal spells they will get hit REALLY hard.Painful Quandary: They will discard their hand and hope that what they have is enough, it won't cause mogis and big beaters. They will loose, that adding damage plus an empty hand is too much for any deck to survive.
Try to stall and bleed them out, kill anything strong that comes down and win with the most evil ways.Tips vs Control: Painful Quandary, Mogis, God of Slaughter will win you the game, if they resolve you win.Tips vs Aggro: kill their creatures, don't unleash Exava and make best out of Sever the Bloodline. Don't attack too much if it isn't necessary or they are close to death. Lastly try to cast blightning turn 3 all the time.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
