IF they don't exile it they will die. . . slowly. It can generate card advantage even if you don't draw cards. It may take multiple removal spells, kill multiple creatures and still come back. In competitive magic it kills: coc, goyf, nacatl, birds,scavenging ooze, Delver of Secrets, Kitchen Finks, Young Pyromancer, Noble Hierarch,goblin guide, snapcaster, knight of the reliquary, archbound, smiter, etc. . .Lashwrithe and Sickleslicer: make all your things threats and can keep making Necroplasm a serious threat.Tombstalker, Necropolis Fiend, Murderous Cut : delve! when you mill yourself you might as well take advantage of that. These won't be explosive but both big and efficient enough to win you the game.Underworld Connections: you need to draw more than just a single card every turn cause you want to dredge a lot. This does wonders in terms of card draw.
Well you start with a thug then plasm then fun. You need to remove things early, plasm, cut and Grasp all help with that. If you can survive the early game vs aggro you win and if plasm doesn't get exiled or you are able to dredge enough you also win. This deck is pretty easy to play and weird but i think it can be interesting to play with.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
