The idea is to bounce Startled Awake back to your hand WHEN you cast it, using Winds of Rebuke, and Failure. Or if you don't have those, then to bounce it back with Aether Tradewinds, Engulf the Shore, or again, Winds of Reubke, or Failure.Use As Fortold to cast as many spells as possible for free, and then if needed, drop Torrential Gearhulk to "flashback" Startled for the win.
