I am in the process of making a chandra ablaze burn deck. This is the first time I am making such a deck so any help and suggestions will be much appreciated.

I know side board has more than 15 cards. They're just some ideas i am bouncing around.

I just love Browbeat in this kind of decks.I only dont like Solemn Simulacrum, instead run Vexing Devil, and i would replace Spire Barrage, that`s a bit slow, with Fireblast, a great finisher. Finaly, replace Burst Lightning for Rift Bolt. Hope it helps, please check and comment my deck if have time, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=347794

As much as I would like having vexing devils, they are really expensive. I was trying to make a relatively cheap deck for now. Solemn Simulacrum and Wayfarer's Bauble are mainly there for Valakut and Spire barrage.

The only issue I have with this deck is that the early game defense is pretty limited. Your creatures are pretty pricey in terms of cmc, so that leave your burst lightning and your lightning bolts to deal with early aggression. I would much rather have my opponent take my lightning bold to the face than waste them taking out early creatures.

yeah, sort realized that. i would prefer to have some vexing devils, but the damn things are expensive. I have found some relatively cheap ones, i will put them in if i get it.

hmm an earthquake or 2 could be handy here especialy since ur cmc is kinda pricey. u could even consider hell's thunder for a late game reanimate. this is just me, but i would drop the spire barrage for shrine of burning rage. just an awsome key card for current day burn decks. plus it shouldnt be too hard to get ur hands on some of them.

Add squee, hes a goblin that returns to your hand from the graveyard when ever hes put there. With ablaze's first ability he could b ediscarded and keep coming back

faithless looting!! if your whole deck is around pitching stuff with chandra and getting it back, you can't not love looting. it'll also fix your early draws so you can get the burn you need. wild guess would also be good, since you can replay it with chandra's ult without discarding. i'm personally not a fan of the vexing devil, have you thought about koth? he can ramp you into chandra t5 with his + ability, will draw aggro away from chandra, and is also a wincon on his own. he's on the cheap now, too

Too much Browbeat. Put in shrine of the burning rage instead. Check out my deck, I have a good burn there.

Keep up the good work!
