splicers that can sack themselves for birthing pod letting others get out like if you have 2 blade splicers out and a birthing pod you sacrifice a blade splicer to get a wing splicer or something and xenograft lets your splicers turn into golems.

this looks good. you may want to narrow your card selection down to only the important stuff though. you dont exactly need the exarchs, so i would take those out for 2 more birthing pods.

i have 2 decks based on the splicers. one is one built around xenograft ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=191261 ) , and the other around birthing pod ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=192718 ). I think u are trying to put both ideas together, but it probably not work very well, cuz u will get pieces of both put not the complete pictue. I prefer my latter deck cuz it seems more efffective. its a lot more watered down to concentrate on the birthing pod-splicer combo.
