I liked how "Turn to Frog" could turn someone's big, powerful creature into a 1/1 vanilla frog. I originally was going to include a play set of "Izzet Guildmage", in order to copy "Turn to Frog", until a friend told me about "Polymorphist's Jest". Turn all of your opponent's creatures into 1/1 vanilla frogs for three mana? Sold! So, I started conceptualizing this deck and after multiple changes, tweaks, and rebuilding, this is what I came up with. Feedback is greatly appreciated, because no matter how good I think this deck is, it could always be better. Also, given my username, I named this deck after Metallica's song, "Seek and Destroy".
Usually, I try to get an Electromancer and a Blistercoil or Cyclops out as soon as possible. With the reduced mana cost, I can "Turn to Frog" some early attacker, beef up my Blistercoil or Cyclops, and kill it without losing my creature. Electrickery can be used after casting a "Turn to Frog" to kill off some stuff early game, or to be used later with "Polymorphist's Jest" with its Overload cost clearing my opponent's field.

Digging the 5 mana boardwipe then swinging for major amounts. Good concept, really thinking like an Izzet Mage.
