I would take out some of the equipments and add stoneforge mystic to get them. and if you don't want to add any creatures that aren't archers, cunning sparkmage is great with basilisk collar because of its haste. and you are playing red, so why not???

the equipments are to give all the pingers deathtouch to stop your opponent from attacking. the sparkmage sounds good though- even if it isn't an archer...
