Here's the combo: Equip nested ghoul with darksteel plate. Then use blasting station (sacrifice some other creature) and deal 1 damage to the nested ghoul. Then sac the new zombie to repeat. Deathgreeter gains you infinite life. Fecundity draws you infinite cards. Mana Echoes gains you infinite mana. And Deathbringer Thoctar, Hissing Iguanar, and Scavenger Drake can deal infinite damage.

instead of (or in addition to) darksteel plate, consider using coat of arms. since you're bringing in zombies, and Nested Ghoul is, itself, a zombie, every damage you give it will also give it a +1/+1 effectively cancelling out the damage. Then attack with a swarm of HUGE zombies!

Though this works best with Pestilence, i misunderstood your original combo. Though Blade of the Bloodchief would achieve a similar result, since your Nested Ghoul would be infinitely large as well.
