Dark Deal requires each player to discard their hand and draw that many minus 1.Ideally, you'd like to have both the Waste Not and Underworld Dreams to reap the best of both worlds.Leyline of the Void makes it so that every card discarded is exiled.Ritual of Soot and Bontu's Last Reckoning are in because this deck utilizes the fact that there are no creatures.Sign in Blood works for your own card draw, but also works in conjunction with Ob Nixilis and Underworld Dreams because you can choose which player would draw cards. This can also be used when your opponent has no cards in hand and you have a cheap force-discard spell. You can force opponent to draw two and proceed to strip their hand.
