I'd run Dryad Millitant over Favored Hoplite or Soldier of the Pantheon but probably leave Soldier in the sideboard.
I agree reason being favored hoplite works better with instant speed combat tricks but the only instant speed combat trick you have already protects better then hoplite's own ability. Its better if you exchange it for a bestow creature.
I'm gonna drop the Hoplites for Militants as soon as I can pick some up.
Wing Steed Riders also would work really well
