Flicker deck focusing on pulling acidic slimes and stonehorn dignitaries, and flickering them to destroy enemy lands and enchantments while using stonehorn to make them skip their combat phase over and over. The flickering will be done by deadeye navigators, cloudshifts, and ghostly flickers. I also added some borderland rangers for ramping, pelakka wurms for heath gen, and a sublast angel for some creature destruction. Also threw in Venser for some additional land/permanent destruction.
