Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

This seems to rely on Venser a little too much. If your creatures are not unblockable then you will have a tough time getting poison counters on them with this deck. I would suggest adding some black, getting rid of white. As good as Venser is, you pretty much have white just for him.
