What's the secret combo lol? I can't find it.
Think about taking out the Mage's Guiles and Terramorphic Expanse. Your deck is not super expensive in terms of mana. 24 Lands will do well. With those cards gone, add another Diplomatic Immunity and some more creatures with Infect (cause you don't have very many of them). Have 4 Ichor Rats. If you're playing someone who IS NOT playing another Infect deck, you have nothing to worry about with having the rats. They will definitely speed up your poison counter count.
Take out Stoic Rebuttal & Cancel maybe? You don't have many artifacts to get the bonus from Stoic Rebuttal. Counterspell & Memory Lapse are cheaper. Memory lapse sends the card to the top of the library, delaying your opponent's draw of good cards.
I know you can have more than 60, but I try to keep it to the minimum so that I'll be more likely to draw the cards I want quicker. Then again, it might hurt to throw in one more.
