This is a blue/black mill deck, popular when Return to Ravnica came out, with several mill strategies:Angle 1:- Play creatures with high toughness (Wall of Frost, Hover Barrier, Murmuring Phantasm).- Play Phenax, God of Deception which now gives all creatures the ability to be able to mill.- Tap all your high toughness creatures and mill your opponent .Angle 2:- Jace, Memory Adept - he can mill 10 cards a turn on his own.Angle 3:- Jace, Memory Adept.- Duskmantle Guildmage.- Activate the Duskmantle Guildmage's ability (twice if you have 6 mana) - Then activate Jace's "mill 10 cards" ability, and kill your opponent as you do 20 points of damage (10 x 2 dmg).
Turn 1:- Play a landTurn 2:- Murmuring PhantasmTurn 3:- Wall of FrostTurn 4:- Murmuring Phantasm- Baleful StrixTurn 5:- Phenax, God of Description- Tap Murmuring Phantasm (5 x 2), Wall of Frost (7) and mill your opponent for 17!Turn 6:- Tap Murmuring Phantasm (5 x 2), Wall of Frost (7), Phenax (7) and mill your opponent for 24!- Play Jace, Memory Adept and mill another 10 cards with his 0 ability. Turn 7:- Repeat the above process - you should be close to winning now.

Consider adding 1 or two fathoms feeder, it's pretty close to the design of carefull strix, but it can potentially draw more cards.Also, against combo it can actually eat the combo away with some luck as it has ingest. (And sort of mills)
