enjoy controlling nothing pull out roil elemental, next turn make cryptoplasm a copy roil elemental, play terramorphic expanse mind control 2 creatures, then use proteus staff to remove one and get a new creature on the field (which will likely become a clone of roil elemental), sacrifice terramorphic advance to bring a land on the field, mind control 3 creatures, and laugh

you need to get the storm card in that one, costs 5 and returns target permanent +copy for everyspell played this turn
I'd run ponder instead of brainstorm, being able to shuffle if the next 3 cards suck is handy.
in most case scenarios ponder would be much better then brainstorm; however lets say i have either sundering titan or stormtide leviathan in my hand, and proteus staff on the field, i use brainstorm to draw 3 cards then put 2 cards from my hand onto my library (one being titan or leviathen) then i use proteus staff and then i get that card onto the field

Faerie conclave is a pretty cool land
kinda overhauled this deck a bit, i think i found the lands i want, faerie conclave would have been neat to use proteus staff on though
this build is hilarious. i used to run a deck incredibly similar to this, its one of those decks where you can thank your opponent for putting suck neat creatures in there deck to let you play with haha
it just isn't the best when you're against a full spell deck
