This is my deck. A mixture of counter spells and tapping abilities, so that an opponent has a big difficulties. Grand Arbiter enables me to play my finishers: either Windreaver or Sky Hussar for 1UW(2 less, becouse they are UW cards). Big mana base - 27, makes it easy to play overrule and gain much life. Deck is rather slow, but I can make fast by putting 2 more Az. First-Wings. A really great card is Palliation Accord, but I have only one such card ;/

lol wow that looks almost exactly like my deck ^^ but i put 4 signets for faster mana sources . cool deck anyway ^^
