Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
A mono blue deck based on playing every instant and sorcery you can get your hands on (turns out thats a lot). I'd appreciate any and all opinions on what to change, but would prefer to keep the budget relatively low (that was part of the reason I choese Talrand as general). If you happen to have more money, you should highly consider adding mana doublers. Of course, if you have more money, you may want to note that there are stronger generals than Talrand. Still, if you like spellslinging and want a mono blue commander, Talrand is decently viable.
Play talrand. Play instants/sorceries. Get drakes. Hit people with drakes. Win. Alternatively, just keep drawing cards until you'd deck out with laboratory maniac.

Just realized how vulnerable the deck is without Talrand. Could use some suggestions on how to keep him safe or win without him.
