Combos:- Gelectrode + Basilisk Collar; is really nasty combo, great creature removal.- Goblin Fireslinger / Guttersnipe + Curiosity; easy way to draw cards. Enchanted Fireslinger will give you cards since turn two, enchanted Guttersnipe several cards in single turn instead.In despite situation, use Gitaxian Probe to snipe creature / draw a card (+look in opponent's hand and draw a card) for 0 mana!Browbeat is even bigger pain in the ass if any enchanted/equipped creature is in play.- Isochron Scepter + Telling Time; if you want to have absolute control in what you get. - Isochron Scepter + Deprive; to have even more reliable counter. However, I only do this when have Halimar Depths also in play. This gives you both library control and counter, even though you should count with a little slower mana pool increasing.- Isochron Scepter + Izzet Charm; this might be another interesting way have to use this artifact. This one / Magma Jet combines direct damage, lesser counter and your hand.Choose whatever suits you (further suggestions are in SB). Quantity of instant cards should be adjusted according to opponent.- Halimar Depths + Izzet Boilerworks. If a was an expensive dual lands fan, I would replace Izzet Guildgate with some of those lands and also add one more Depths and one more Boilerworks.
