Running Time Sieve but no Thopter Assembly? Tsk tsk tsk sir. An Etherium Sculptor and Mycosynth Golem would speed this deck up a bit as well.

Thopter assembly is bad, very slow. There are a lot of better ways to do the same thing. Sharding sphinx is also slow. Cut the "enchantment artifacts," sen triplets, sphinx sovereign, whispersilk cloak, and darksteel plate. Add a couple mana rocks and go to a 37 land count. Fill in gaps with some card draw because you have little to none.
Or remove some lands and add a Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Grim Monolith, Thran Dynamo, and Mana Crypt.
