Just a different way to mill and annoy your opponents by constantly making them discard their hands and draw a lot. The sideboard allows you to switch out some of the mill for damage with the constant draw and discard.
Use Waste Not with Dark Deal, Windfall and Jace’s Archivist to make opponents draw and discard a lot of cards quickly then use Increasing Confusion with the mana from Waste Not to mill them. Or switch out for the sideboard and use Feast of Sanity and Lilliana’s Caress for damage when discarding and Psychosis Crawler when drawing cards.
