Use stasis to keep everything tapped and chronatog to skip your turns. Mana short is used to tap all of their lands so they can’t play anything. Dictate of kruphix and hullbreacher allow to to get treasure tokens for mana since they will only be able to draw 1 card during their turns. Wavebreaker hippocamp allows you to draw when playing spells on your opponents turn and rhystic study does the same if they play any spells. Pact of negation and daze(only cause cheaper than force of will) are counter spells that can be played for their alternate mana costs.
