The deck is focused around an unseemly card, Painter's Servant. It's ability allows you to paint every card in the current game a color. But how do we benefit from that? Simple. You paint everything blue. This turns on spells like Red Elemental Blast and Pyroblast, turning them into R Destroy Target Permanent or Counter Target Spell. However, the best way to take advantage of this is with Grindstone. Grindstone cares about the colors of the cards it mills. If two cards share a color, it keeps going. In this case, 2 cards will share a color. So it will mill your opponent out, and they will lose when they attempt to draw a card on their turn.
