The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Here's the latest version of my Green Standard deck.

I finally put in Rites of Flourishing. I always wanted to use them in Standard, but for some reason I never noticed that they got released again in M12 last year, so now I finally put them in :-P

I decided to cut it back down to 60 cards by taking out a fourth copy of the five cards I currently have three copies of in the deck, but I can't decide yet if I should put them back in since the Rites make the deck run so much faster... Any thoughts about that?

Deck discussion for Green Standard

Rock on. This is very solid. I think the sideboard should include corrosive gale, naturalize, and the like. get some control in there, just in case the worst happens. I do think you need 4 dungrove elders, and definitely some strangleroot geists. and I also think you need more ramp spells. But overall, solid build. +1 from me!

If you get a chance, I would love your comments on a deck I built. Its a very speedy legacy mill.

You are making very nice use of the Primal Surge in this deck, with the ability to get nearly your entire deck onto the battlefield, the only weakness i can see to that is a card like Life's Finale, someone plays that after you pull out your creatures using Primal Surge and you lose all of them, That is why i think a couple immortal elixirs would benefit this deck greatly.

Can you help with my standard deck? I'm trying to make it better to improve my odds of winning in a tournament.

Wolfir Silverheart would be a beast in here, I believe. I think that with the Champion of Lamholdt in here, the Silverheart would really shine. You may also want to find a way to protect your Champions, such as Asceticism.

Any thoughts about Eldrazi Monument? It'll work for flying defense and attacking and make mine indestructible. The biggest problem I have currently is against Turbo-Fog decks.... I just played against a TF and would've dealt over 1200 on the last turn with the hydras and elders, but they milled me with Jace, Memory Adept and kept stopping all of my damage :( Perfect place for multiple Elixir of Immortality, but not sure what to take out for them, unless I'd make the deck bigger.

Whenever you're running Predator Ooze, Ulvenwald Trackers fit in nicely with them! Just a suggestion, as there is not a lot of control or removal you can do otherwise in mono green.

For sideboard, I agree that Corrosive Gale, Naturalize, Acidic Slime, etc are going to be good fits to help you deal with situations. Also, Ratchet Bomb is great against Delver or Token Decks. Good luck! Fun deck!

Building a deck somewhat like this. Love those Primordial Hydra's and Dungrove Elders.. A few suggestions:
Writes of Florishing, take one or two out. Too many copies of an enchantment won't benefit you when you're relying heavily on which cards you need to draw.
Deck is pretty expensive and revolves around Dungrove and Primal Surge. Take out the Behemoths and add some Viridian Emessaries or forests to boost Dungrove and increase your mana pool for Primal Surge.
Sideboard Primal Surge as your game winner.
Blessings of Nature is a good sideboard card as well. It will boost Champion of Lambholt and Primordial Hydra for the win.

Looking to place frequently at FNM. Suggestions for my mono-green deck are appreciated!
