I slid him in as a 2 of just so my snaps and delvers could be of use in the yard as well as any instant/sorcery cards that I wouldn't necessarily want to flashback. He's just a later game threat that has to be answered cause that 2 damage adds up quick. And usually can tempo the game out long enough to have enough cards in the yard that the pike is still buffing them enough to be a threat that losing the 2 power for an immediate two damage is still relevant and allows for more situational plays.
