Since your goal is dashing you want impact tremors and max heel cutters- so often people will leave only one big blocker then you heel cut them and deal massive damage.

since your running the hedron crabs you need to do more land fetches- at least doing evolving wilds / myriad landscape. I would also suggest doing sign in blood to maximize the archivist. Make your opponent draw 2 /lose 2 then discard and draw all over so you get the extra cards minus the damage and adding waste not will turn the discard against them.

I'll probably see you at the Sunday/ Monday night free tournaments then. I'd suggest putting together a trade binder with uncommons/rare/mythics. It helps some on the cost.

Fast attacking deck is primarily red. Here's a red black budget deck based on dash.

If you're coming tonight to play FNM you can borrow my spare its based on this concept and has a few higher value cards to help boost it in the late game which you shouldn't really see.

I'd suggest:
- mind rot (its not really useful for an attacking deck mainboard)
- Kolaghan Skirmisher
- 2 hollow
- sultai runemark

+2 temple of malady (scry land to help you filter your deck)
+ 2 radiant fountain ( 2 life gain and doesn't come in tapped)
+ 2 Minister of Pain ( good exploit to wipe tokens and trigger you Reaper of Wilds to scry more)
+ 4 Hero of Leina Tower (use any of you instants to trigger and funnel all you extra mana to make her huge very fast)
+ 3 murdeous cuts ( spot removal of big/hard creature threats)
+ Molten Snakeskin (lets you regenerate making your guys harder to remove as long as you keep 3 mana free)
+ Hero's downfall (really need a way to deal with Planeswalkers but there really hard to get ahold of)
+ Garruk ( its expensive but you really need a Planeswalker to do well in completive an it can destroy other PL's so 1 bird 2 stones)

Sideboard Ideas
Add mindrots for burn/control decks (less cards in there hands less counters/burn spells messing with you)
Foul tounge invocation ( deals with hexproof/indestructibles)
become immense (delving basically means its +6/6 for one mana might consider mainboard)

The best tip for deck building is to decide what you want the deck to accomplish- over run you opponent with large creatures? Discard thier hands for your gain (waste not deck)? Without a solid plan of what you want the deck to do its really hard to filter the cards that will help you the most.

Hope this helps some.

Is suggest running the temples instead of the caves - in rakdos heroic I've always liked to avoid the extra land turns and have won games with only 2 lands on board. Also I'd suggest having blood crazed hoplite as a sb at least for the heroic mirror cause hell keep your opponents heroic in check while toy get bigger.
