Lots of Vampires in the Innistrad block - and since I haven't gotten around to my Blue/White spirit deck idea yet...
Terror and Victim of Night to creature swat early (or late). Rakish Heir boosts all vampires, and pairs well with Heirs. Heirs of Stromkirk should be unblockable against most decks, and grows with each successful attack. Vampiric Fury can be helpful as an offensive or defensive instant since it gives first strike. The red Vamps drive most of the damage as they grow when damage is dealt, where the black ones provide flying blockers and lifegain.
