Blood hall ooze would probably be better than kird ape since the only run 3 forests in the deck but an ooze isn't very zoo themed. A hardened scales would work well too.
Hardened Scales and skull clamp.
You should scrap some of the equipments for lightning greaves, phyrexian processor, warstorm surge, gamble and enlightened tutor. My Brion is still a work in progress but those will always be in there.
It's funny, I was just thinking that about zedru.
The mimeoplasm is a beast! Would work well in this deck.
