Walls sucks in Magic so let's make a deck around them. You use Arcades, The Startegist cuz he does way too much for a commander and he's pretty cool. The other big brain move with this deck is the fact that because walls sucks they mostly cost nothing so this deck is incredibly budget. It's a basic deck for people that find it funny to kill their friends around the table with walls. Let them feel the humiliation.
It's simple, you put down walls on the battlefield. You then enter Arcades and try to protect him with Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots. After that, you hit people hard with walls. If you can blink all of your creatures with Semester's End or Brago, you do it. Towering Titan is a wincon. That's it. This deck is stupid but fun and cost under 100$.
