Standard budget deck utilizing delver and guttersnipe. T1- Delver T2- Preferably Augur, but if you don't have them Reckless Waif and Gore-House can suffice T3- Guttersnipe Rest- Use spells to keep board as clear as possible. Guttersnipes and Delvers should provide good damage. I use Mizzium Mortars, Chandra, Talrand, and/or Hypersonic as end game, but if playing with budget use what you can. Waif can be substituted in for Gore-House for same effect *Taking suggestions for sideboard

Counterflux ain' that good... Use Dissipate instead!.. I'd use 2 Dissipate, 2 Syncopate & 4 Izzet Charm total as counters... Cyclonic Rift instead of Unsummon... More Mortars!.. Drop Essence Backlash, or put it in the sideboards!.. Drop Augur & get 1 more Talrand!.. Drop the Chainwalker, it's trash!.. Drop the Guildgate & get some better dual lands!.. U gonna' need more red mana after the changes... Use 2 more Dragon!.. Play 2-3 Snapcaster Mages!.. In sideboards, use Electrickery against ramp & small tokens... ...Tomrod's Crypt & stuff... Good suggestions, but I'm still shooting for a budget deck. You're suggestions would end up costing over a $100 on Abugames.com
