Agreed. It is severely overpowered. If the people that made the card game had to ban it in legacy, and restrict it in vintage, that has to ring bells in your head, even if you are new.
First off, spelling, fix it, no one will take you seriously until you do... Second, the reason people find it rude or selfish, is because when someone comments on their deck, they usually want help on that deck themselves. It is very annoying to be like "oh someone is going to help me, nope, they want the help instead." I for one don't like it when people do that, it provides very little conversation towards the deck.

Why do you need great furnace? you have nothing to do with artifacts, so unless your friends like playing basic land hate, artifacts for lands isn't going to help you.

Slivers aren't fast enough, and are very easy to beat, and every color has a way to remove of them.
Demonic tutor is an amazing card. 2 mana for anything in your deck? There's a reason it's restricted. 2 mana to get the last card to complete a combo sounds VERY over powered. If it doesn't mess up your mana curve, then I would suggest Hero of Bladehold, as with white weenie decks, it is usually a very powerful win condition.

Flutterstorm is different... It doesn't feel right here. Options, however they are really only preference. Dissipate Countersquall(Suggestion for sideboard) Rewind(my favorite, but costs a lot) Mana Leak(once again preference)

Mana Drain is completely legal in vintage. In legacy it is banned.
