You are only allowed one brainstorm in a deck. I also see a lack of golem artisans.
It doesn't double the subtraction of counters o my knowledge...

Lightning bolt is always good. Scalding Tarn, Preordain, Font of Mythos, Reliquary Tower, and Board Wipes, lots and lots of board wipes. Other then that, you have to use the deck to see if it is good.

Most goblin decks now a days work out very well.
TBH I'm just biased, but I like my goblin deck a lot more. Memnite is a faster option over Ichor Wellspring, but if the game drags on Ichor wellspring could help... Spikeshot Elder is bad in a goblin deck, I would suggest replacing that with the battlecry goblin from Mirrodin Besieged.
That's a matter of opinion. I prefer Cultivate to rampant growth
