Hey, have you thought about selfless spirit(for protection for your creatures) , Mausoleum Wanderer(for counters) , Niblis of Frost( can cause a lot of tempo lost) also Essence Flux seems really good for a spirit deck protection and +1/+1 counter.

also depending on your budget I would suggest also adding Gisela, the Broken Blade?
Definitely added 4x Mausoleum Wanderer and Spell Queller, 2x Gisela, and 2x Selfless Spirit. It's played well so far
