Deck Description

Werewolf tribal, trying to make it viable in Standard. The plan is to attack in werewolf form creatures for huge, hopefully lethal damage in one swing. The GSZ's are there for utility and choice in what creatures I can bring out, as well as letting me run fewer copies of some of my green creatures. It also ensures that 8 cards in my deck can be Mayor of Avabruck, which is crucial because he is just so awesome in werewolf tribal lol. Please comment!

Also, sideboard suggestions would be very helpful!

Deck discussion for Werewolf Alpha Strike

I would scrap dungrove elder and boneyard wurm. Instead go for another copy of Kessig cagebreakers and maybe another werewolf. The reasoning is that Dungrove Elder... you have next to no forests. If you want a hexproof creature it should be sacred wolf which costs the same but is a wolf which gets pumped by Howlpack Alpha. Similar situation with boneyard wurm, cagebreakers does a much better job of using your graveyard.

Nianque is right, the Elder and the Wurm are not the card you want in there. Drop those 2 and get another ranger and one more cagebreakers.

For your sideboard I suggest you throw in some spell's like titanic growth and incinerate. Also the combo Blasphemous Act and then regenarate your Werewolves with Full moon get's the job done.

Other then that good deck ;)
