It's A mono-blue lockout deck BUT NOT in the traditional sense. I use it in casual as it will cause rules arguments and cause your opponents to quit. If this deck goes off you are essentially playing with yourself. If you have questions as to how this works please ask thought I imagine you all have good imaginations.

Seems kind of clunky and might not even win with all the bonus turns, but seems like it would be pretty fun/annoying for multi-player. :P

WHAT?! Eye of the storm with time warp =FUNNY add time reversal Hilarious even funnier with consecrated sphinx on the field. and you add boomerang as a win condition the creatures then become deadly. this deck is infinite turns if it goes off. once the eye becomes close too full i boomerang it and start over. HILARITY!
Interesting deck. Seems a tad slow and could use more counter magic to make sure you actually get to drop your big stuff. Add a few Mana Leak maybe and similar cards. Ratchet Bomb might be helpful in stopping any sort of weenie rush decks.
I hear that alot but it seems to be working as is. the slow part i was talking about. But i use the boomerangs on their lands in the early game as a way to essentially time walk. Then i use lighthouse and echo mage to buy time cuz you can't let those live so every is the nusing mana to kill them so it in itself buys time. I usually get to drop the eye but it doesn't always become. used I do like the ratchet bomb idea though so yeah i will at the very least sideboard ratchet bomb.
If this is a casual deck why would you run 'Boomerang' instead of 'Snap' from Urza's Legacy? It does the same thing only it allows you to untap 2 of your lands again. Leaving you with counter mana or spell copying mana up.
Nice suggestion if i was using boomerang to bounce creatures. I use boomereang to bounce lands though. I put in the eye and bounce their whole field.
Sorry I didn't get back to this sooner, I've been a bit busy lately. First off, I have to say that this is one of the strangest/most epic mono-blue lockout's I've ever seen. Seriously, this is kind of tripping me out. Secondly, I'd think about changing out preordain with Brainstorm, and throwing in some fetch lands. I can't say how many times it being instant has saved me, have you ever responded to a thoughtseize by brainstorming to put a win condition on top of your library? It's an amazing feeling. My third thought is that perhaps you could also make use of isochron scepter, it'd help stabilize you during the early game(recurring that boomerang or counterspell every turn =D) Again, I think this is pretty neat, and I hope it remains enjoyable for you to play.
Sorry I didn't get back. soon yeah this is funny. I traded my playing set of vindicates to get this deck. It was worth it though this is the most fun i have playing magic. Isochon scepter is funny but they are hard to obtain i am running out of trade bait and don't bring in much money so yeah.
