I am looking to make an either mono black or maybe plash some redrat, deck. I am trying to keep costs as low as possible but not sacrifice play ability of the deck as well. I would appreciate any and all help with this deck if possible.
What the main goal of this deck is, is to destroy your opponent's hand, and try to play kind of control to make them loose all presence on the field, as well as then mobilizing the rats you have on the field to designate their life total.
