From there you should get some narcomoebas in play from there mill trigger. Then you sacrofice them to dread return to reanimate angel of glory rise. That will get back lab man and the hapless researcher. Finally you sacrifice the researcher to draw a card while your deck is empty winning you the game.

This deck has a good combo... Make it a combo deck! This doesn't have enough draw power or anything! ADD MENTAL MISSTEP! This is a legacy deck... Legacy decks have answers! You need cards like Force or Will or cheaper cards like Misdirect or Daze!
Misstep is banned, and this is super budget
I do agree with the draw though. And the mana base needs help.
Wow I forgot my bad, and 4 Daze if a must then. Angel of glory isnt needed I feel. Rid of mana leak. Opt is good for budget decks. I perfer serum though. Any cards like shuko should also be a 4 of in here for consistency.
More dual lands, I know this is legacy but you need consistent mana base.

I feel it. I am a budget player too but for that reason I stay away from legacy XD
I made this deck after my friend said legacy cant be budget. So i tried to make one for under 100. Made the nom budget version if you like to check it out
Assuming you never hard cast that angel I think underground river (blue black pain land) might cost less money than city of brass along with hurting your life total a little bit less sometimes. Cool deck, fun to see actual budget deck for legacy haha
The angel is the dread return target. She gets back the lab man and the researcher

Desided to drop black a together to lower the cost and to make it more consistent. Keeping the evolving wilds to shuffle with brainstorm
