Alright, I could see that as the best case scenario, what happens if that goes wrong though?

I would suggest less draw and more creatures. Odds are when you get around to playing mass polymorph you're gonna have a fair amount of tokens and I don't think 4 creatures is gonna cut it. I'd also sideboard best hunt when it comes out against wrath effects

I don't know how well Emeria is gonna work for you. I would suggest either adding more plains or taking it out.
